€1850 of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
Remaining balance: The first payment is the first month rent plus the cleaning fee. The rent for the following months is due on a monthly basis. You will receive an email with a payment reminder each month. Electricity and water will be billed to you separately based on your monthly consumption.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1650 is due.
Notes
The apartment can only be booked for stays between 31 and 364 days.
